Welcome to the annual FTCC Graphic Design Graduate Showcase, where creativity meets opportunity!

For more than 40 years, FTCC’s Graduate Showcase has been the moment students stop being students and start being professionals. This year, that tradition grows. Four programs from FTCC’s Computer & Information Technology division are coming together for one impressive evening of portfolios, software demos, playable games, and digital media work — all created by graduates who are skilled, trained, and ready to contribute from day one.
Whether you’re an employer looking for your next great hire or someone curious about where a CIT degree could take you, this is your invitation to see Future Ready in action.

What’s on the ground floor vs. the second floor?

Graphic Design and Computer Programming & Development are on the ground floor in the VCC lobby. Simulation & Game Development and Digital Media Technologies are on the second floor. Complimentary refreshments are also on the second floor landing.

Is this only for people interested in these specific programs?

Not at all. The showcase is open to anyone — employers, prospective students, current students, alumni, family, and community members. If you’re curious about what FTCC’s CIT division produces, this is the best possible way to find out.

I’m a current FTCC student — is there anything here for me?

Absolutely. Stop by the CSC-221 table on the ground floor where students have built an application that lets you check which certificates you may already be eligible for based on your completed coursework. You might have already earned something you don’t know about. Beyond that, if you’re studying in a related field — fine arts, marketing, communications, or any adjacent program — seeing the range of skills on display might open doors to certificates, diplomas, or associate degrees that complement what you’re already building.

I’m a graduate of one of these programs — am I welcome?

More than welcome. Past graduates are always a highlight of the evening. Whether you graduated last year or a decade ago, we’d love to see where you’ve landed, hear your feedback, and celebrate with the newest members of the alumni community. Come back and tell us your story.

Who do I contact if I have questions before the event?

Jennifer Fisher, Department Chair Graphic Design, fisherjl@faytechcc.edu.
