Every Screen. Every Story. Every Format.

Digital media is everywhere — and FTCC’s Digital Media Technologies graduates are equipped to create it across every platform and format. Spanning two degree tracks, DME prepares students for careers in video production, motion graphics, animation, UI/UX design, web design, and multimedia content creation. This is a field that is actively expanding, and DME graduates are trained for roles that exist today as well as positions still being defined. At this year’s Graduate Showcase, you’ll experience their work on screen exactly the way it was meant to be seen.

Skills & Tools

Employers: DME graduates bring a versatile and in-demand skill set. Whether you’re looking for a video producer, motion graphics designer, UI/UX specialist, web designer, or multimedia content creator, the work on display reflects professional-level production across formats. Notably, the UI/UX track produces graduates with both design and research skills — candidates who understand how users think, not just how interfaces look. If your organization creates digital content, manages platforms, or develops user-facing products and interfaces, these are candidates worth meeting.

Considering the program? If you’re drawn to video, visual storytelling, interface design, or digital content creation of any kind, Digital Media Technologies opens more doors than you might expect. The program spans production, animation, design, and strategy — giving you a versatile foundation that applies across industries. Come see what students in this program produce and talk to them about where it’s taken them.
