FTCC has received a communication from the source of the earlier threats involving an individual who has no current relationship with the College. The new communication does not make a direct threat against FTCC but refers to a recent school shooting. The College has been in close contact and consultation with law enforcement about this situation since the initial threat and will continue to work as closely as possible with the authorities. Law enforcement says it is making progress in investigating the source of the threats. They have expressed confidence that the source is likely in an overseas location but, out of an abundance of concern for everyone’s safety, the College continues to urge everyone to be vigilant about their surroundings at all times.
