Student has completed the program requirements.

Student has a minimum cumulative and major GPA of 2.0.

Student has completed 25% of their course work at FTCC to meet North Carolina residency requirements.

Student has passing grades in all related required courses.

Student has no outstanding financial obligations with the College.
