The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act) requires certain employers to provide their employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for specified reasons related to COVID-19. These provisions will apply from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020.
Due to the seriousness of COVID-19, all Fayetteville Technical Community College employees except for limited essential personnel will work from home as directed by their supervisors, effective Monday, March 23. The college has already shifted to online instruction and that will continue. Scholarship applications for the 2020-2021 academic year will be accepted from January 27, 2020 to April 20, 2020.
