As the interviews for the 2022-23 class of Tom McLean Ambassadors are wrapping up, lets reminisce on a former student ambassador right here in the FTCC athletic department.

Head volleyball coach, Moe Licardo, graduated from Fayetteville Tech back in 1993 from the Electronic Engineering Technology Program. The 1992-93 school year, Moe was a student ambassador for FTCC.

Student ambassadors are involved in activities pertaining to the college on and off campus and receive a scholarship for their service. To qualify for the program the student must complete 12 credit hours at FTCC, maintain a 3.0 GPA and be recommended by two members of the community college.
