Personal: Gray also played volleyball and the clarinet in high school. Her height fits her nickname perfectly: Nugget. She’s studying nursing while playing for the Trojans. Her favorite food is ribs.

Personal: Lewis’s love for classic cars can’t be missed. She owns a 1972 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. In addition to softball, she played basketball and volleyball in high school. She aspires to be a critical care nurse; she was 13 years old when she lost her father to cancer. Her favorite quote is from the late rapper Tupac: Reality is wrong. Dreams are for real.

Personal: After her teammate Ashlee Naylor, Mieczkowski is known as the “Little Dawg” of the team. She’s also a future “veteran” of the Lady Trojans’ team as she currently serves in the U.S. Army. Personal: There’s a reason why Motes’ teammate Ashley Loftin is nicknamed “Speedy 2.” Motes is “Speedy 1” for the Trojans Softball team. Motes will study nursing as she plays outfield for the college’s first softball team. She also enjoys drawing and painting in her free time. Motes lives by the quote of, “Don’t let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.”
