Kareka Chavis, Director of the Student Learning Center (SLC), presents the inaugural 2019 Student Learning Center Newsletter.
The newsletter is a joint collaboration between the SLC and Jennifer Fisher, the department chair of Advertising and Graphic Design. Jennifer Fisher’s fall 2018 graphic design class took on the project to create and design a newsletter that would feature information about the SLC. Graphic Design Student Lauren Chase created the winning design for the spring 2019 newsletter.
The Student Learning Center will continue to work with Jennifer Fisher and the Graphic Design Department to give talented FTCC graphic design students the opportunity to be innovative and creative. The newsletter will circulate during the fall and spring semesters.
FTCC’s Student Learning Center is located in the Harry F. Shaw Virtual College Center on the Fayetteville Campus.
