FTCC named Best College or University in 2020 Readers’ Choice Awards
For the second year in a row, Fayetteville Tech has been named the Best College or University by the Fayetteville Observer’s annual Readers’ Choice Awards.
FTCC received notification of the win on Nov. 4.
The Readers’ Choice awards are determined by the general public in a two-stage process. First, nominations are made for the award by members of the public. The top nominees in each category then go to a public vote.
FTCC was also named Best College or University in the 2019 Readers’ Choice Awards.
In the 2020 awards, the FTCC Trojans were a Finalist for Best Sports Team and the FTCC Foundation was one of the top five nonprofit organizations.
Established in 1961, Fayetteville Technical Community College is the third-largest community college in North Carolina, serving thousands of students annually with occupational, technical, general education, college transfer and continuing education programs.
