Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) is celebrating another year of strong outcomes for its graduates, with new data showing high employment rates, competitive salaries, and a robust pipeline of students continuing their education.

According to the college’s 2024-25 Graduate Job Placement Report, FTCC served more than 2,200 graduates during the academic year. A substantial number of graduates chose to continue their education, with many returning to FTCC to further their credentials and advance toward associate degrees. This pattern reflects the College’s role as both a workforce training institution and a pathway for continued academic and career advancement.

Graduates entering the workforce also experienced positive outcomes. A strong majority of respondents seeking employment reported securing positions within six months of graduation, underscoring the practical value and relevance of FTCC programs in today’s labor market. Graduates secured employment both within Cumberland County and across the broader region, highlighting sustained demand for FTCC-trained talent.

FTCC graduates are employed across a wide range of industries, reflecting the adaptability and breadth of skills developed through the College’s programs. Many graduates also reported competitive wages, particularly in high-demand fields such as health care and information technology, reinforcing the economic value of an FTCC education.
