FAYETTEVILLE, NC – October 27, 2016 – Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) announced today that a Transition Tech Open House is scheduled for Tuesday, November 1, 2016, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Center for Business & Industry, Room 129, on the Fayetteville campus (2723 Fort Bragg Road). Participating companies will be Caliber Collision, Stevens Transport, and Ingalls Shipbuilding. The event is open to the public.

Transition Tech is a training program for transitioning military service members that provides industry-focused certificates and credentials, resume assistance, and mock interview opportunities designed to prepare individuals to enter the civilian workforce. After completing industry courses, each Transition Tech student will complete 5 days of Human Resource Development to prepare for resumes and interviews with industry employers (
