Benchmark Network Solutions, Inc., a computer and network systems value added reseller (VAR), is seeking a PC-Network Support Technician to assist clients in monitoring and solving PC and Network issues. The successful applicant will have experience in troubleshooting the following: PC Hardware, Windows Desktop and Servers, Printing, and Software. Additionally, knowledge of basic level networking including switches, routers, firewalls and wireless devices, Active Directory, DNS and Group Policies, is required.

Skills and Experience:

  • Skilled in problem solving and customer relationship building
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Office365)
  • Experience in a similar role
