Never before has it been done in Trojan history!  FTCC men’s basketball has the honor to host the quarterfinals in the Region 10 NJCAA championship competition.  To say we’re proud would be an understatement.

It’s been a difficult year for our athletes who have juggled classroom work, Covid-19, game schedule changes and many hours of practice.  FTCC Sophomore, Chance Minott says the game will be a bittersweet event for him, as it will be the last time he will have the honor of wearing the Trojan black and gold uniform.

Tuesday, February 22, 2022 will be a day to remember.  Third ranked FTCC Trojans will meet the sixth ranked Pitt Community College on the hardwood at Methodist University, 5400 Ramsey Street in Fayetteville.  Both teams are battling for a seat in the second-round playoffs for the Region 10 NJCAA National Championships.  Head Basketball Coach, Brian Hurd says fan support is the heartbeat of the Trojan game.
