The Art Gallery @ The Library is seeking entries for the 2024 FTCC Artworks Juried Exhibition.

The exhibition, which will be held March 25-May 10, will feature artwork by FTCC faculty, staff and current students.

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to submit quality artwork created during the past year. All media are accepted.

Arts must submit the entry form.

Need to know:

  • All work will be installed in The Art Gallery @ The Library by gallery representatives.
  • First come, first serve as space is limited.
  • All artists must completely fill out one form for each entry, limit 1 per artist.
  • All 3-D works must have a stable base or flat bottom.
  • All 2-D works must be ready to hang: no wet work, charcoal must be fixed, indicate top of work if it is unclear, no sawtooth hanging clips.
  • Artists must drop off and pick up work during specific periods.
  • Any artist who does not pick up their work by the required deadlines forfeit their work to the gallery. Unclaimed works will become the property of the gallery, who reserve the right to keep, store, sell or dispose of artworks as it sees fit.

Important dates:

  • Artwork drop-off: March 22, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The Art Gallery @ The Library
  • Exhibition dates: March 25-May 10
  • Artists’ reception: April 25, 4-6 p.m.
  • Awards ceremony: April 25, 5 p.m.
  • Artwork pick-up: May 10, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

About the Exhibit: The Art Gallery @ The Library is proud to present the best of the best artwork created in the past year by the FTCC community. The “ARTWORKS 2024 Exhibition” features drawing, sculpture, painting, digital art, design and ceramics. Prizes will be awarded based on artistic merit. Many of the artworks will be available for purchase. Please join us for the artists’ reception on Thursday, April 25 from 4-6 p.m., with awards given at 5 p.m.
