The FTCC Food Pantry helps FTCC students who are facing food insecurity. The goal is to support FTCC students, keep them in school and on track, and to make sure no one goes hungry. The pantry contains nonperishable food and personal care items. Eligible students may also be issued supermarket gift cards for purchasing perishable food items. To receive assistance, students must be currently enrolled in classes. They can shop up to three times each semester.
The general hours are Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM until 5:00 PM and by appointment. Hours vary depending on the semester. The Food Pantry and Success Closet are located on the back of the Horace Sisk Building.
To be eligible, students must be currently enrolled in classes and have a valid school ID. Students will be asked to complete a brief intake form with a statement of financial need. Please email foodpantry@faytechcc.edu to schedule an appointment to pick up items.
If you would like to donate food or toiletries items, you may deliver them to the Food Pantry during business hours or to FTCC Foundation located in the Harry Shaw Virtual College Center (VCC 114, 2225 Hull Road). Tax receipts will be provided for all contributions of money, gift cards, toiletries items, and food.
