Bryan Campbell, 21, graduated May 13, 2022 with an associate degree in Database Management. He joined the military straight out of high school but decided it wasn’t for him. Campbell enrolled at FTCC as the starting point to pursuing a degree in Information Technology.
“I had a one-year gap after high school. I decided to join the military, but that didn’t work out for me. So I decided to come here.
“I felt like coming to FTCC was a better option for me. Going back to school would open up more doors.
“As I was researching majors, Database Management was something that interested me and stuck with me. I’ve always been into computers, and I know that computers are where the future is.
“I work at a computer repair store, so I did that while I was going to school. At first, learning was challenging but then I felt like I had a handle on it.
“I’m planning on transferring to a four-year and majoring in Information Technology, so that’s the path I’m on right now.”
