Members of FTCC’s FBLA-Collegiate chapter celebrate their Top-10 finishes at the North Carolina Leadership Conference.

Fayetteville Technical Community College’s FBLA-Collegiate chapter collected a bundle of awards last month after competing in the North Carolina Leadership Conference in Charlotte.

The annual conference, which was held March 29-31, welcomed FBLA-Collegiate chapters from 2- and 4-year colleges and universities from across the state for a collaborative gathering focused on impactful leadership development and competition.

FTCC students brought home 11 Top-10 finishes, including a first-place prize, and the club earned four chapter awards.

The club was recognized as a Gold Star Chapter and earned both the Legacy Leadership Award and the prestigious Gold Seal Chapter distinction, which is reserved for chapters that demonstrate a high level of commitment to excellence through active participation, meaningful community involvement, and strong, mission-driven leadership. FTCC was also celebrated for having the highest number of Professional Network contributors.
