Walking for Wellness
We are in the third week of the program and out of the 39 people who registered for the program, twenty nine are participating. Collectively for tthe first week we had a 52.43 lb weight loss. The most individual weight loss was: 5.8 lbs.
Walking is safe, inexpensive, and FUN! If you know someone who is participating in the program, please encourage them to keep moving and/or join them on the journey. :-)
