It’s Time to Apply
for Graduation 2008
APPLICATION DEADLINES:
If you intend to
complete the graduation requirements at the end of one of the terms listed
below, your application must be submitted by the deadline indicated. All
applications received after the deadline will be processed for the next term. 1. Complete Sections I and II on the Application for Graduation that is available online. (You will need a Graduation Application for each degree, diploma, or certificate program you are intending to complete.) Print a copy of the application to take to your Advisor.
2. Meet with your Advisor to verify
your eligibility for graduation. The Advisor must complete Section III on the
Application for Graduation before fee payment can be made. Your application
will not be accepted without the verification. 3. After the above steps have been completed, you are expected to pay the $25 graduation fee ($10 for each additional program you are completing as long as they are paid for at the same time). 4. We will continue taking graduation applications through July 30, 2008, from 7:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Cashiers’ Office in the Thomas R. McLean Administration Building. (Your application and payment may be mailed to the following address:

Community College When making your payment at the Cashiers’ Office or by mail, you will need to submit your graduation application(s) Checks should be made payable to FTCC and must have an in-state address, daytime telephone number, Datatel Person ID Number of the graduating student, and the driver’s license number of the maker of the check.
