   Registration

  • When can I register?   Where can I register?

You can access the current registration schedule at HERE

  • The STAR telephone is not working (will not pickup/wrong number), what do I need to do?

Effective Summer 2009 we no longer use the S.T.A.R. Please use WebAdvisor or contact your assigned advisor to register for your classes.

  • I am trying to register using the Web Advisor for a class and the system states that I don’t meet the prerequisites, what do I need to do?

A “Prerequisite Waiver” is required before you can register for the course. You must contact the Dean of the Department for the course that you are trying to request a waiver on for approval.  For example to request a wavier on a business course, you would have to contact the Dean of Business Programs. You may also come to the Open Registration session and see the Dean on duty for completion of a Prerequisite Waiver.

   Advisor

  • Who is my Advisor?

When you spoke with a counselor to get into a program, that counselor gave you a Student Educational Plan (SEP) if you were approved into a program. On the top right corner of that SEP is the name, location & telephone number of your assigned advisor. If you misplaced the SEP please go back to the counselor's information desk to get a copy. If you were not approved into a program of study, you are considered "Special Credit" and will not have an advisor assigned.
