Students who have attended FTCC since Summer 2007 may obtain their unofficial transcript from WebAdvisor.
The transcript request form can be filled in and printed from the school’s website. After signing and dating the completed form, you may submit by mail, fax or email. (You must scan the signed and dated document to email.) The form is also available in the Registration & Records Office.
Transcripts that are requested will processed on the same date of receipt. Official Transcripts will be mailed to colleges, businesses, etc. only.
If you were a student at FTCC in Fall 2007 but can no longer access your WebAdvisor account, you can request an unofficial transcript by completing this transcript request form. If you were a student before the Fall 2007 term, we will mail you an unofficial copy of your transcript within 10 business days of receipt of your request.
Effective July 7, 2011, we now charge for official transcripts. Please click here for more details.
Due to the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) we are not able to fax transcripts. These faxes are not sealed and your transcript and personal information could be viewed by unauthorized persons.
You can access the current registration schedule HERE
A “Prerequisite Waiver” is required before you can register for the course. You must contact the Dean of the Department for the course that you are trying to request a waiver on for approval. For example to request a wavier on a business course, you would have to contact the Dean of Business Programs. You may also come to the Open Registration session and see the Dean on duty for completion of a Prerequisite Waiver.

Your class should appear on BlackBoard by 8:00 a.m. the first day of the term. If for any reason it is not listed, contact your instructor. Your instructor for that class and an email address for that faculty member is listed in WebAdvisor. Instructions for locating faculty email address are available at FTCC webpage address. Email the instructor from your student email account and inform them you are registered for their class and you would like to be activated in the Blackboard.
Blackboard help can be obtained by calling 1.866.829.9660 or through an email to the Blackboard Help website
A self-support class is not supported by State monies; therefore the tuition ($56.50 per credit hour) collected from the students must be sufficient to cover the cost of each self-support course. The Dean supervising the course will make the final decision whether or not sufficient funds have been collected to offer the course.

When you met with a counselor for approval into an academic program of study during your admissions process you were given a copy of your Academic Program Approval. Your advisors name, office location, and contact information is on that form and is also listed under My Profile on your WebAdvisor. If you were not approved into a program of study, you are considered a Special Credit student and will not have an advisor assigned.
Your advisor can be located on your Performance Evaluation form (Eval).
