FAYETTEVILLE, NC – January 23, 2015 – Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC) announced today that Nationwide Insurance Company has agreed to donate $40,000 to the College’s new Collision Repair and Refinishing Technology Center. The money will be used specifically for tools and equipment for the program to ensure that students have the most up-to-date equipment possible.

The check presentation is scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2015, at 9:00 a.m. at the new Collision Repair and Refinishing Technology Center located at 2821 Procurement Circle (Military Business Park), Fayetteville, NC. Key Nationwide executives will be on hand to make the presentation including Jim Gadberry, Associate Vice President.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Fayetteville Technical Community College,” said Jim Gadberry. “This program not only helps veterans find new jobs at Nationwide after leaving the military, but also helps us find qualified adjusters who are trained in collision repair. Our goal after a claim is to help put our members’ lives back together and we need qualified repair shops that can quickly and safely repair their vehicles. Without them, we’re not able to fulfill our promise to members.”
