The Early Childhood Education Center (Children’s Center) at FTCC is currently enrolling for fall! The Center has openings in many classrooms for different ages and has several openings in the classroom for two-year-olds.
The FTCC Children’s Center with its 5-Star rating and NAEYC accreditation is the leader in providing premier child care services for families in our area.
The state of North Carolina provides the “star rating” for use as a guide for parents to indicate the level of quality provided by child care centers. A 5-Star rating is the highest level, with a focus on staff education and program standards. The staff members at FTCC’s Children’s Center value education and enjoy caring for children and engaging in their daily activities involving the growth and wellbeing of children.
NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children) accreditation of FTCC’s Children’s Center is another mark of high quality in early childhood education. The purpose of NAEYC is to connect early childhood practice, policy, and research to advance a diverse and dynamic early childhood profession for those who care for, educate, and work on behalf of young children.
The Children’s Center at FTCC is a meaningful, wonderful extension of the great learning experiences occurring every day at Fayetteville Technical Community College. The beautiful Center is conveniently located at FTCC’s Fayetteville campus where safety is recognized as an important component of College operations. We recognize how learning begins very early in life, and to give children the best start in life through excellent child care, after-school care, and educational summer-camp experiences through the FTCC Children’s Center is a wise decision.
