Your "MyFTCCCard" has been mailed!

 

Higher One's ATM Commitment - Information About How to Request a Refund from Higher One for Fees Charged from Other ATMs When Higher One's ATM Is Out of Order.
Activate your card by clicking the icon below or thru the MyFTCCCard debit card graphic located on the home page of FTCC's website. 

 

 

You should then safeguard your card.  Your card is your key to receiving financial aid and other student refunds starting Spring 2012.  If you have questions, please call Higher One Customer Service at 1-877-405-8658.  We hope you enjoy your new MyFTCCCard and thank you for being an FTCC student!
 
SUMMER 2012 Payments are due as follows:
Registrations April 17th - 30th, payment is due by 5pm on April 30, 2012.
Registrations May 1st - 7th, payment is due by 5pm on May 7, 2012.
Registrations May 8th - 14th, payment is due by 5pm on May 14, 2012.
Payment is due the same day you register, by 5pm, on May 15 - 16, 2012.
Payments through WebAdvisor can be made until midnight on the due dates stated above.
***FALL 2012 TUITION RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PER LEGISLATIVE ACTION.  FALL PAYMENTS WILL BEGIN BY JULY 20TH.***
 
1098-T tax forms are available in your WebAdvisor.  To obtain your 1098-T through your WebAdvisor, you need Adobe Reader to view and print your form.  If you experience any issues with viewing or printing your 1098-T from WebAdvisor, you may need to download the current version of Adobe Reader by clicking the Get Adobe Reader link on the "View My 1098-T Forms" page in WebAdvisor.

PAYMENT DUE DATES and CASHIER SCHEDULE

Summer 2012
Payments for registrations made April 17 - April 20 are due by 5 p.m. Monday, April 30, 2012.
Payments for registrations made May 1 - May 7 are due by 5 p.m. Monday, May 7, 2012.
Payments for registrations made May 8 - May 14 are due by 5 p.m. Monday, May 14, 2012.
Payments for same day registration is required by 5 p.m.; May 15th and 16th.

 

NOTE:     IF YOU DO NOT PAY ACCORDING TO THESE DUE DATES, YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM CLASSES.
Fall 2012
Fall payments are tentatively scheduled to be accepted beginning July 20th.
Payments for registrations made April 17 - July 31 are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, July 31, 2012.
Payments for registrations made August 1 - August 6 are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, August 6, 2012.
Payments for registrations made Aug 7 - Aug 13 are due by 5 p.m. on Monday, August 13, 2012.

Awarded Financial Aid constitutes payment.
Third Party Authorizations must be filed with the Cashier's Office by the due dates listed above.
Payments through WebAdvisor can be made until midnight on the due dates stated above.
EFFECTIVE SPRING II 2012
If you register for a class and the balance for your tuition and fees are paid for by cash, check, money order, credit card, or third-party payment (Pell Grant, scholarship, MyCAA, VA, etc.) it is your responsibility to drop the class if you are unable to attend.  Students who are awarded financial aid will be notified by e-mail and the award letter will be available in WebAdvisor.
If you do not enter a class for which you are registered, you will be marked as a No Show and you will be responsible for the tuition and fees for the class regardless of the method of payment.  Students will not be refunded for classes for which they have been marked as a No Show.
