ATTENTION STUDENTS
Your "MyFTCCCard" has been mailed!
Activate your card by clicking the icon below or thru the MyFTCCCard debit card graphic located on the home page of FTCC's website.

You should then safeguard your card. Your card is your key to receiving financial aid and other student refunds starting Spring 2012. If you have questions, please call Higher One Customer Service at 1-877-405-8658. We hope you enjoy your new MyFTCCCard and thank you for being an FTCC student!
Fall 2013 Payments are due as follows:
Fall payments cannot be accepted prior to July 1st and are tentatively scheduled to begin July 18th.
Registrations April 22nd - July 31st, payment is due by 5pm on July 31, 2013.
Registrations August 1st - August 5th, payment is due by 5pm on August 5, 2013. Registrations August 6th - August 12th, payment is due by 5pm on August 12, 2013.
Payment is due the same day you register, by 5pm, for registrations August 13 and 14, 2013. Payments through WebAdvisor can be made until midnight on the due dates stated above. Enrollment in the Automatic Tuition Payment Plan by midnight on the due dates stated above will constitute payment.
1098-T tax forms are available in your WebAdvisor. To obtain your 1098-T through your WebAdvisor, you need Adobe Reader to view and print your form. If you experience any issues with viewing or printing your 1098-T from WebAdvisor, you may need to download the current version of Adobe Reader by clicking the Get Adobe Reader link on the "View My 1098-T Forms" page in WebAdvisor.

PAYMENT DUE DATES and CASHIER SCHEDULE
Payments for registrations made April 22nd - May 6th are due by 5pm on Monday, May 6, 2013.
Payments for registrations made May 7th - May 13th are due by 5pm on Monday, May 13, 2013.
Payments for same day registration is required by 5pm, May 14th - 16th.
NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT PAY ACCORDING TO THESE DUE DATES, YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM CLASSES.
Awarded Financial Aid constitutes payment.
Third Party Authorizations must be filed with the Cashier's Office by the due dates listed above.
Payments through WebAdvisor can be made until midnight on the due dates stated above.
EFFECTIVE SPRING II 2012
If you register for a class and the balance for your tuition and fees are paid for by cash, check, money order, credit card, or third-party payment (Pell Grant, scholarship, MyCAA, VA, etc.) it is your responsibility to drop the class if you are unable to attend. Students who are awarded financial aid will be notified by e-mail and the award letter will be available in WebAdvisor.
If you do not enter a class for which you are registered, you will be marked as a No Show and you will be responsible for the tuition and fees for the class regardless of the method of payment. Students will not be refunded for classes for which they have been marked as a No Show.
USAGE HOURS: Daily From 3:30am to Midnight
NOTE: The system is not available from midnight through 3:30am due to maintenance and backups.
DATATEL (AND ALL DEPENDENT SERVICES) ARE UNAVAILABLE EVERY FRIDAY FROM 6am TO 8am.
