Library Catalog for our book and serial holdings.
The Library Catalog includes information about the books, audiovisual materials, and periodicals that the Paul H. Thompson Library owns, as well as the holdings of 57 other community college libraries in North Carolina. The catalog shows the status of each item and whether it is checked out or on the shelf.
If you have a Paul H. Thompson library barcode on your student id, you may place a hold on an item if it is owned by another NC community college library. Held material(s) should arrive within one week. For more information, call the library at (910) 678-8247, or email: library@faytechcc.edu
Online Library Orientation The Online Library Orientation is an informative video presentation designed to familiarize students with the Paul H. Thompson Library. Running approximately 15 minutes, the video tours the physical library while featuring policies and procedures for use of the library's variety of resources available in-house and through remote access.
Electronic Databases offer full-text articles from journal, magazine, newspaper, e books and reference texts. Databases include NC Live, Proquest: Learning Literature, Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center, SIRS Researcher, Issues and Controversies and Science Resource Center.
