Board Chair's Message
On behalf of the Fayetteville Technical Community College Foundation, thank you for your continuing support of FTCC and its core mission and purpose. Established in 1985, the Foundation is proud of over 30 years of supporting the advancement of FTCC and its students through things such as scholarships, tuition assistance, support for College programs, capital improvements, and various other funding for the benefit of the college and its students. This support is even more important today in the wake of reduced state funding, more limited financial aid for the students and the increasing burden of student loans.
FTCC is one of our community’s greatest resources in educating and training our community’s next generation workforce through innovative and cutting edge programs. Some of the new and exciting programs that FTCC offers include the I-CAR (Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair) program, partnership programs with our military, state of the art culinary program, business administration and continuing education programs, practical training for paralegals, nursing, dental hygienists, funeral services and many more.
Of course the Foundation’s work and support of these programs would not be possible without the backing of our community, local businesses, faculty, students, alumni and individual donors. If you are interested in investing in the future workforce of our community and FTCC student graduates, please consider joining the Foundation today and supporting our mission.
