8-Week Classes at Fort Bragg

FTCC offers two 8-week accelerated class sessions each semester (one in the summer). Classes are offered in both traditional and online sections. Fort Bragg classes are conducted at the Soldier Development Center and Bank Hall at the Special Warfare Center.

Classes offered during these accelerated sessions are the same classes offered on Main Campus during the semester. All classes provide semester hour credit and meet degree requirements for the various programs at FTCC. Schedules are printed for each 8-week session approximately 3-4 weeks before the first day of class.

These standardized exams are offered to allow colleges and universities to award credit for, or to exempt a student from, general education requirements in a variety of subjects by testing them on knowledge they already have. Passing CLEP and DANTES scores in English, Social Sciences, Natural Sciences, Humanities, and Mathematics can equal credit for classes offered in these areas at FTCC.
