The Culinary Department is pleased to announce that tickets for the next fall dinner are available for purchase for November 9, 2017.
Tickets are $12.96 each (includes tax) and may be purchased at the Cashier’s Office located in the Thomas R. McLean Administration Building, Fayetteville Campus, building 1 on the campus map. Limit one meal per ticket. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket purchases are to be made in person with cash, debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover) as payment options.
There are 3 seating times to choose from: 6:15 p.m., 6:30 p.m. & 6:45 p.m.
Guests will have a 15-minute seating window that opens at the time printed on their tickets. (A 6:15 p.m. ticket-holder may be seated anytime between 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.). We ask that you please arrive according to the time printed on your ticket.
The cut-off date, time to pay, and time to pick up tickets will be 11 a.m. on the day of the meal, or while supplies last. We want to be sure that your party stays together, so if more than one ticket is being purchased or more than one party wishes to sit together, please write the name of the person purchasing the tickets and/or the host of the entire party, rather than the name of every guest in your desired party.
We love our little future foodies; however, the Culinary Dining Room does not offer highchairs or booster seats.
The dinner will take place in the Culinary Dining Room, building 5A on the Fayetteville Campus.
Chef’s Standards & Dietary Needs:
We would also like to take the opportunity to remind our potential guests that this is a controlled classroom environment, and items on the menu will be cooked to the Chef Instructor’s standard. We do this so that our students practice communication, consistency, efficiency, and speed. We thank our guests for their understanding regarding this.

Next Meal Date and Theme:
November 30th, 2017 will be our 4th and FINAL meal service. This menu will be conceived, written, planned, and executed by the students as their final class project. This menu is going to be AMAZING!
