Provisional Brokers designated "PB9," wishing to maintain their license on "active" status, must complete at least one Postlicensing course before April 1 each year, and all Postlicensing Courses must be completed prior to April 1, 2009. b) Provisional Brokers may complete all three courses within 1st or 2nd year if desired. c) Postlicensing courses DO NOT count as continuing education.
