Program Plan
The Mighty Male Mentoring Program (3MP) provides comprehensive activities to increase the academic improvement, personal development, educational advancement, and social needs of male students at Fayetteville Technical Community College. The program emphasis will be on inspiring, motivating, and mentoring male students with the expectation that they will complete developmental courses, raise retention, graduation rates, and transfer to four-year colleges and universities.
Mission Statement
The Mighty Male Mentoring Program (3MP) serves as a student support service at Fayetteville Technical Community College; it is designed to assist students in making academic, career, and personal decisions. 3MP promotes leadership, community service, self-discipline, communication skill, life long bonds, relationships, and advanced educational goals.
Vision
Students in the Mighty Male Mentoring Program (3M) will be prepared and commissioned to model the mission of the program and positively influence their peers.
