FTCC’s fitness centers are located at the Fayetteville and Spring Lake campuses and are primarily used as a lab for physical education and health classes. Equipment includes exercise bikes, treadmills, cross trainers, weight machines, dumbbells, medicine balls, and exercise balls. Please contact the fitness center for hours of availability.

Who may use the Fitness Center?

FTCC Curriculum (College Credit) Students
– College Employees & Spouses
– Board Members & Spouses
– FTCC Retirees
*Children of employees and board members ages 13 to 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

Membership

To use the equipment in the Fitness Center, a $5 membership fee is required each semester. The fee can be paid at the Tony Rand Student Center, Room 132 or at the Spring Lake Center.

Eligibility

Curriculum (College Credit) Students:
– Enrolled in a curriculum course
– Possess a current student ID
– Paid the $5 membership fee
– Participated in the equipment orientation

Continuing Education Students:
– Enrolled in a 8-16 week program
– Paid the $5 membership fee
– Paid the $14 insurance fee (if the enrolled program does not include an insurance fee)
– Provided proof of enrollment

FTCC Employees, Retirees & Board Members:
– Paid the $5 membership fee
