FTCC students, faculty and staff may ask reference questions either in person or by email.

Email Questions

If submitting a question by email, please remember:

  1. Questions will be answered as quickly as possible during Monday through Friday business hours. In-person assistance takes priority.
  2. Include your Student ID for verification and your email address.
  3. This service is intended to assist with quick, factual questions or to provide guidance on a search strategy, not to do in-depth research for you.
  4. If you need a password for an electronic database, please indicate the database and include a list of your current semester classes. (currently enrolled students only)
