RETURNING STUDENT

 A returning student is a former FTCC student returning to school after an absence of two consecutive semesters or more and plans to complete a degree, diploma, or certificate, or plans to take 12 or more credits to transfer to another school.

 

 

ADMISSION PROCEDURES

Follow these simple step to get your FTCC application underway:

  • UPDATE YOUR FTCC APPLICATION

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please pay special attention to "Residency Information". Make sure all areas are complete because this will determine your residency status (in-state versus out-of-state).

  • APPLY FOR FINANCIAL AID

Apply online and include FTCC’s Code #007640

  • TRANSCRIPTS

If you submitted official high school and college transcripts when you last attended FTCC you may not have to resubmit them. Contact 910-678-8473 to inquire about your status.

If you have attended another college since you last attended FTCC you will need to submit an official transcript from each school attended if you wish to have your credits evaluated for potential credit.

All transcripts must be official, sealed documents submitted by your school to:

If you have taken the ACCUPLACER test at FTCC within the last 3 years, you may not have to re-test. Contact 910-678-8417 to inquire about your status.

Student ID's require your current class schedule and proof of payment.

Parking permits require your vehicle registration, valid FTCC Student ID card and proof of handicap registration (if applicable).
