I can't get my school to respond to my Transcript
request. Can you help?
We can help only on a very limited basis. Most schools and
colleges have student privacy policies that won't allow them to give us
information concerning your student record. The best action for you
to take is to call the school to track the status of your request.
Sometimes, the transcript has not been sent because of (1) the required
fee did not accompany the request, (2) your required signature was not on
the request form, (3) if it has been over 10 years since you've been to
the school they may be having difficulty locating your file, or (4) their
may be an out-standing balance on your school account.
