STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES AND ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

• Be enrolled in a curriculum program that offers Co-op

• Must have completed at least 12 credit hours in major curriculum courses

• Possess and maintain a 2.0 or higher Grade Point Average (GPA)

• Provide a copy of updated Student Educational Plan

• Complete a Co-op Application Form

• Obtain approval from the Co-op Coordinator

• Register for approved COE Course

• Attend Co-op Orientation

• Meet with Co-op Faculty Coordinator

• Complete Co-op Workbook requirements

• Meet or exceed employer's "Conditions of Employment"
