FTCC Campus Bookstore

FTCC's bookstore is located in the Student Center Building  on our Main campus in Fayetteville, NC. 

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. (EST)

Bookstore hours vary during registration to accommodate students.  Registration calendar

Bookstore Refund Policy:

1. Students are allowed ten (10) calendar days, beginning with the first day of the semester, to return textbooks for a refund or credit.
2. Books which have not been used, damaged, or marked in will be accepted for 100% refund or credit toward the purchase of additional items. Proof of purchase (Cash register receipt) must be shown.
3. Books with software of CD's are nonrefundable if software or CD's have been opened.
4. All refunds will be made by check and mailed to the individual student. (No cash refunds will be made.)

Textbook Buy Back:

1. Student textbooks are bought back at the end of each 16 week semester
2. Exam days are the days for buyback. Exam days are listed here.
3. Textbooks purchased by the bookstore depends on the courses being offered the following semester
