| Do you use
Internet Explorer? |
- Click View
on the navigation bar in the browser window
- From the menu, select Text
Size and choose the text size you want, from the
largest to the smallest. The medium setting is recommended.

| Do you use
Netscape? |
- Click Edit
on the navigation bar in the browser window.
- From the menu, select Preferences.
- Select Fonts
under the Category column and choose the text size you want.

| Do you use
AOL? |
- Leave American Online open.
- Launch Internet Explorer.
(Click Start > Programs > Internet Explorer)
- Click View
on the navigation ar in the browser window.
- From the menu, select Text
Size and choose the text size you want, from
largest to smallest. we recommend the medium setting.
- Close America Online.
- restart America Online. The
text should appear in the new size.

| If you use another browser,
please use the appropriate tools to change your text size. Refer
to any available Help text for assistance. |
Changing
your monitor settings |
| If changing the settings for
your Internet browser does not increase the text size, you can
try adjusting the settings for your coumputer monitor. |
| If you are using Windows 95, 98,
XP, NT 4 or NT 2000: |
- Right click on your desktop.
- From the pop-up menu, click Properties.
- Click the Settings
tab.
- In the box labeled Screen
Area, use the mouse to move the arrow left
toward Less.
- Click Apply
to view the new settings.

| Monitor
settings can also be changed by: |
- Clicking the Start
button in the lower left-hand corner of your monitor screen.
- Selecting Settings,
then clicking Control Panel.
- Clicking Display
and follow steps two through five from the instructions
above.
