ARC 241         Contract Administration

Prerequisites:    ARC 111 or ARC 112

Corequisites:     None

This course covers the techniques for reviewing the progress of construction projects.  Topics include site observations, field reports, applications for payment, change orders, and other related topics.  Upon completions, students should be able to review construction progress and produce appropriate documentation.
